California has more hate groups than any other state, report shows

In America, there are currently 917 hate groups operating in states across the country. At the top of the list lies California, according to a report by the Southern Poverty Law Center. California is home to 79 hate groups, a “hate map” on the site shows. Amazon sued after alleged discrimination against transgender employee

The Transgender Legal Defense & Education Fund (TLDEF) has filed a lawsuit against Amazon on behalf of two former employees who claim they faced cruel abuse at an Amazon shipping facility and received no help from human resources. Allegra Schawe-Lane and her husband, Dane Lane, assert that they faced persistent abuse at an Amazon shipping facility in Hebron, Kentucky, from October 2014 to October 2015.
