In What Appears to be Another act of Terrorism Perpetuated by ISIS at Istanbul’s Ataturk Airport, one Brave Officer Fought back. Yasmin Durna, the turkish officer in question, is currently in the Hospital Suffering from non-life threatening wounds after he shot and killed one of the Terrorists.

Yasmin found himself standing toe to toe with the machine gun wielding man, who also happened to be wearing a suicide-bomb vest and was just about to pull the trigger when yasmin shot and killed the would-be bomber.

Undoubtedly if not for the quick actions of the officer many more would have lost their lives that day. All told the attack left 42 dead and 238 others injured, information Provided by Istanbul Gov. Vasip Sahin.

Turkey is not without security checkpoints just as in the United States and many other countries. Though Security Officials are now Noticing a trend in the attackers plan of action. The Terrorist Understand that their Likeliness of Success Inside and past Security is slim. So they Circumvent the Security Measures in Place by Simply Attacking Before them, Which was what Happened in Brussels.

“What has changed in recent years is the suicide element. That’s difficult to counter, if people are willing to blow themselves up”. Norman Shanks states, who used to run security at Britain’s biggest airports. His Statement Brings a Truly Grim Reality to Light “That due to the Illogicalness of the Attacks a logical answer is illusive at best.”

In Turkeys case, Officer Yasmin Durna was Really able to Deter the Attacker he Encountered by Sheer Luck. It just so Happened that the Attacker Came into the Area he was and Found his plot Foiled. Though it Really Comes down to any Security Force Being able to Widen it’s Circle and even then with Terrorists Planning for Sometimes Years the Expansion may never cease.
