On August 5, 2015, actress Jennifer Aniston, 46, and actor Justin Theroux, 43, wed in a secret ceremony at their home in Bel Air, California. The ceremony consisted of about 70 guests, and among those 70 were Aniston’s former Friends co-stars Lisa Kudrow, and other celebrities such as Chelsea Handler and Howard Stern, to name a few.
More details about this secret ceremony have been slowly emerging. The couple had tricked their guests into thinking that they were attending the actor’s birthday party, and then surprised them with a wedding ceremony.
There was much speculation surrounding the couple’s relationship since their engagement lasted about three years. During this time, there were many rumors circulating whether the two were breaking up since it took them so long to exchange vows.
However, such rumors can now come to a screeching halt as Aniston and Theroux tie the knot. After the ceremony, the wedding festivities have not yet come to a close. Aniston and Theroux have traveled to Bora Bora for an exotic honeymoon, in which they have decided to bring along some famous friends to take part in this adventure with them.
Two of the lucky ones that were invited to tag-along are Jason Bateman and Aniston’s maid of honor, Courtney Cox. A source tells PEOPLE Magazine that they invited friends on their honeymoon so that the celebration would last as long as possible.
The public that has been following Aniston’s love life since her divorce with Brad Pitt can now take a sigh of relief because she has clearly found her match.
Although we are still bitter we did not get an invite to their honeymoon extravaganza, we are very happy for the newly weds! Congrats Jennifer and Justin!
