With fashion icons like Alexa Chung sporting this style many others are projected to follow in her steps. The most popular skirt came from the brand Marks & Spencer, which is suede. Other designers like Chloe and Ralph Lauren took on this style that is perfect for work.

The choker has been known as a very Gothic piece in the past, but it is reinventing itself by becoming very modern and contemporary. This trend is most definitely a 90’s throwback but with completely different styles. Coming now in pearls, floral, diamonds and studs, there are many more options to choose from then the same old dainty ones from the 90’s. Best worn with a simple top, these can be a striking addition to an outfit.
