  • Include regular exercise of minimum 30 minutes in your daily routine as it helps in maintaining your blood pressure. You can just start with some simple exercises such as walking, running, swimming, push-ups etc.
  • Avoid drinking alcohol and caffeine.
  • Increase the intake of essential nutrients in your diets such as vitamins, minerals, fats, and proteins. Try eating more fruits and vegetables like banana, pomegranate, apple, beet-root, tomato, etc. You can also increase the salt intake in your food as it also helps in lowering blood pressure.
