Don’t panic fans the comedy show, “Modern Family,” is not going anywhere just yet. In an interview with E! Sofia Vergara discussed how when the show will end and it will make her sad. Vergara says to E! “I get very sad because it’s my favorite thing to do of work. It’s so easy. We know the set. I know the character so well. Ed O’Neill is amazing. I’m going to be very sad.” The show ending will make a lot of people sad as well.

“Modern Family” first aired six years ago on  ABC, and was a huge hit. For five years in a row “Modern Family” won the Emmy for  Outstanding Comedy Series. Julie Bowman has won two Emmys for her acting on the show. Ty Burrell and Eric Stonestreet have also won Emmys for their acting and comedic chops.

In E!’s report they note that co-creator Steve Levitan said there might be another three to four years left of the hit sitcom. So, at least it isn’t coming to an end anytime soon, and many families will be able to enjoy the antics on the show.
