Ohio police arrested Stormy Daniels on Thursday morning after she allegedly made physical contact with undercover police at a Sirens Gentlemen’s Club Wednesday night. Shortly after, prosecutors dropped the charges against Daniels. People question the motives of the female undercover police, considering the attention Stormy Daniels received after the recent Trump scandal.
At the strip club, Daniels performed topless, and she touched a female Columbus police sexually. She then leaned to put her breasts in the officers face. The Franklin County Municipal Court contains more graphic details of the night. Afterward, the police arrested her for three counts of first-degree misdemeanors.
POLICE DROPPED CHARGES AGAINST STORMY DANIELS
According to Ohio law, it goes against strippers “who regularly appears nude or semi-nude” at the club. Daniels only made one appearance at the Siren Gentlemen’s Club. Despite the police claiming they arrested her for “allegedly allowing a customer to touch her while on stage in a non-sexual manner,” Avenatti believes it was a setup.
Michael Avenatti, Daniel’s lawyer, wrote the following;
“I am pleased to report that the charges against my client Stormy Daniels have been dismissed in their entirety [below motion was just granted]. I want to thank Joe Gibson and his colleagues at the prosecutors’ office for their professionalism starting with our first call early this AM.”

Daniels controversy with President Trump made headlines in 2018. Apparently, before the 2016 presidential election, Daniels received $130,000 to keep quiet about her affair with President Trump. Daniels then filed a lawsuit, claiming that Trump didn’t personally sign the nondisclosure agreement. Media outlets covered the story, adding fuel to the political fire.
Columbus police were conducting a human-trafficking investigation at adult clubs. They reported that the department arrested many individuals who performed in illegal sexual oriented activity.
