Cheese plus cake equals … well, it equals great. So great, in fact, that cheesecake has been given its own holiday: National Cheesecake Day. And this year, The Cheesecake Factory is celebrating that holiday in a big way.
On Monday, July 30, The Cheesecake Factory is launching two new fantastic cheesecake flavors: the Very Cherry Ghirardelli Chocolate Cheesecake and the Cinnabon Cinnamon Swirl Cheesecake.
The new creations take classic cheesecake flavors and give them a fresh, delightful taste. The Very Cherry Ghirardelli Chocolate Cheesecake features cherry cheesecake on a layer of fudge cake, loaded with cherries and Ghirardelli chocolate. And customers can do some good while indulging in the cake’s chocolatey goodness. For every slice of the Very Cherry Ghirardelli Chocolate Cheesecake that The Cheesecake Factory sells, the restaurant will donate 25 cents to Feeding America, the nation’s largest organization dedicated to fighting domestic hunger through a network of food banks.
Back to cheesecake. The Cinnabon Cinnamon Swirl Cheesecake features layers of Cinnabon Cinnamon Cheesecake and vanilla crunch cake topped with cream cheese frosting and caramel.
The cheesecake-loving restaurant has even more in store for this holiday. On National Cheesecake Day, dine-in customers will be able to purchase any slice of cheesecake for half off the original price.
