The 24 year-old rapper Tyler, the Creator is known for his songs like “Tamale”, “Goblin” and “Yonkers”. He is also known for his contribution in the television show Loiter Squad, but what is not really known about the rapper is his humble beginnings before he became famous.

Recently, the Rapper appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live, where he spoke about how he worked at Starbucks to earn a bit of cash. Mainly, he narrated the incident of how he was displeased with his boss and fired from his job.

Tyler first said,

“I worked at Starbucks and FedEx and Oh my God!”

To the amusement of the audience, he went on to describe his experience by saying,

“Starbucks was cool because I stole cheese Danishes every day. FedEx was so depressing, it was just, these older dudes just pushing boxes and they were ok with it. It scared the living hell out of me so I quit after a week and four days.”

When asked specifically about Starbucks, he said,

“I worked there two and a half years, and this lady named Cindy – She was the new manager and she hated on me. And she fired me and I hope she’s watching because I still hate her.”

Tyler sportingly confessed that,

“Her firing me was the greatest moment of my life. My chains was free.”
