Breaking news, guys! Blake Lively is now officially a fashion designer. With the birth of her newborn daughter James, the release of her recent film, and her ability to maintain a killer post-baby body, who knows where Blake Lively finds the time! The Age of Adeline actress announced that she will be designing clothes fit for a fashionista such as herself.
She posted to Instagram an image of herself donning an Amour Vert “Champagne” dress that she co-designed with Ofira Sandberg. The dress sells at $230 on Preserve, Lively’s lifestyle website and is currently available for pre-order. The Gossip Girl star’s post reads, “I may not be able to draw worth a lick, but I am proud of this dress I co-designed with Amour Vert for @preserve_us You better send me pics if you buy it! I want to share your photos!! #PRSRV so I see it.” Ugh, could she be any cuter?
Though rather pricey, the entire collection of Preserve clothing is perfect for the bohemian sophisticate. The featured dress consists of a white tank with midriff cut-out and adorable tie detail; the skirt of the dress is a flowy printed blush-tone. Lively accessorizes the dress with matching pink Mary Jane pumps, giving the look a 40s-esque feel. Perhaps paying homage to her latest movie, The Age of Adeline
The blonde beauty posted another Instagram pic of her and Sandberg in a matching green and white tropical ensemble — Lively in a fitted dress and Sandberg in a sassy jumpsuit. Blake captioned: “Which do you guys like: Dress or jumpsuit?! I co-designed this collection too with the trusty Sam & Lavi. (I’m just boasting now because you guys fluffed me so much on the last post.)”.
The “Natalie Jumpsuit” sells for $275 and “Elsa Dress” for $260. If I have to empty out my piggy bank to get these Blake Lively approved pieces, so be it! Get yours today!
